How is the new GRE Text Completion different from the Sentence Completion of old GRE?
The sentence completion questions of the old format of GRE, with suitable modifications appear as text completion questions in the New Format of GRE.
In the older version, if a question sentence has two blanks, each of the 5 answer choices will have two words.
In the new version, there will be 3 choices for the first blank and there will be 3 choices for the second blank. The first of the 3 choices might be correct for the first blank and the last of the 3 choices might be correct for the second blank. So, the link that was provided in the earlier version in the way in which answer choices were presented is no longer available.
It makes the Text Completion set of questions that much more interesting.
